Bal Bhavan Bangalore

Bangalore Bal Bhavan, a recreation and amusement park for children is a paradise for the children. The main attraction is the toy train that runs on a 4 miles track inside the beautiful Cubbon Park. The Doll’s Museum of the centre houses a variety of dolls and toys of the different parts of the world.

The 20 million year old fossilized tree of the center is a feast to the eyes of a visitor that has been gifted to the Bhawan by the Geological Survey of India. Children can enjoy boat ride and play games at the park. The park is equipped with swings, horse rides and tree houses to offer various fun and pleasure to the tourist. The organizing committee of the Bal Bhavan also arranges Hobby classes like painting, arts and crafts, etc.

Children’s film shows and theatre performances are held at the Vijayaranga Theatre situated inside the park.  If one visits Bangalore with his or her kids should not miss a visit to this centre.

This Bal Bhavan amusement park remains closed on Mondays and second Tuesdays.
